The charges are based on independent Standard & Poors figures across the UK's managed equity funds. They calculated average front end charges of 4.15% and an average annual management charge of 1.31%.

The front end cost of bullion is 0.8% and the storage charge is 0.12%. Although there is no minimum investment on BullionVault we recommend a minimum of £2000 because storage + insurance is set at a minimum of £4 per month
